Alissa Parks is a Certified Human Resources Specialist (CHRS) with a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration from Michigan State University. Alissa has over 20 years of administrative experience within the government and non-profit sector, where she led a variety of statewide initiatives, programs, operations, and teams. She is a skilled facilitator and trainer, with expertise in strategic planning, team building, and coaching. Alissa also has in-depth experience in project management, supervision and leadership, data-based decision making, recruitment and retention, and developing and administering policies, processes, and procedures.
